What you share
We collect your name, phone number, optional email address and the information you enter about an outfit or training enquiry. Academy enquiries may also include experience and accommodation preferences.
Why it is collected
GFA uses this information to respond to your request and discuss the service or training you asked about. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in GFA’s Supabase database in Europe. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Do not submit payment card information, passwords or sensitive identity documents.
WhatsApp and social links
Opening WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Those services may process the information you choose to share there.
Your choices
To request a correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact GFA on WhatsApp. You can enquire directly there instead of using a form.
Website storage
Public enquiry forms do not use advertising trackers or store your message in your browser. Staff sign-in stores a session locally until sign-out.
